First visit with doctor, was good at explaining situation.

This was my first visit with Dr Kozin. Dr Hampshire got me through my first 2 PET Scans and current remission last year. Dr Kozin seems to follow the same direction as Dr Hampshire which is really comforting to me. She answered all my questions in a very relaxed manner which I appreciated. So far so good.

I always look forward to seeing Dr Kozin. She is so well informed and helpful with explaining complex issues. I love when she diagrams things for me on her whiteboard and usually leave with several pictures of her diagrams. She's a genuine person and I appreciate her being so relatable. I feel that there's nothing I couldn't discuss with her. I had been told to get a mammogram by my GP, also excellent, but was confused because I have no breast tissue. Mammograms are so painful that I didn't want to go thru this unnecessarily. We discussed that and reviewed the type of cancer I had and progress since e then and agreed I could cancel that appointment. I super appreciate her advice! Then she walked me thru what to be on the lookout for in the very rare case of a recurrence. We have a high incidence of cancer in our family and I appreciate Dr Kozin being so sensitive to my concerns. She's such a wonderful Dr!
